We partner with Federal Express to
ensure that your basket safely arrives at its destination. 
Federal
Express provides customer service support and gives us the ability
to track your basket from our door to its final destination.
When providing an address, please use the street address as Federal Express will not deliver to a P.O. box. The recipient's phone number is also required for Federal Express to deliver your package. When shipping to a business address, please be sure to include the company name as well as a suite number, if any.

Incorrect Shipping Information
When you provide us with the shipping address, please ensure that it
is the correct address of the recipient. If an address needs to be
changed after the gift has been shipped, there is a $5.00 change of
address fee imposed by Federal Express.
